Our server's facilities are provisioned with redundant high-speed connections, back up power and 24-hour H-VAC with redundant chillers to maintain an optimal computer server environment. Connections to the Internet are provisioned with multiple OC-48 connections from London, England. Back up power is provided by 80 -minute battery back ups and dual 1.2GW diesel generators. There are also diverse data cabling paths to the server racks, and all servers receive conditioned power and 24-hour individual monitoring.

     LondonLink work with Strongate to provide an advanced fibre-optic network connection to the Internet. LondonLink is a worldwide network facilities partner in 73 different markets in the United States and Europe, by providing a safe and secured location to allow servers to connect to the Internet.

      To guard against line failure or intrusion, the data centre is staffed 24 hours a day and monitored by a comprehensive security system incorporating biometric hand-scanning for strict access control and video surveillance. Servers in the data centre are placed on Cisco Enterprise switches running HSRP (hot standby routing protocol) to ensure superior transfer rates of information transmitted to and from our server.
